Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”, “Terms and Conditions”) carefully before using the Clean Your Bin service operated by Clean Your Bin (“us”, “we”, or “our”).

1. Services

We provide residential bin cleaning services. By booking a service, you agree to provide access to your bins on the scheduled cleaning day. Bins must be empty of all refuse before cleaning can take place.

2. Payments

Payment is required upon booking or as agreed for subscription services. We use secure payment processors to handle your transaction.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule your service up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a fee.

4. Subscriptions

If you subscribe to a recurring service, you agree to be billed automatically according to the billing cycle selected. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account or by contacting us.

5. Liability

We aim to provide the highest quality service but cannot be held liable for damage to bins that are already in poor condition. Use of our service is at your own risk.

6. Changes

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
